I’ve watched this Starbucks go downhill. It used to be a nice clean great environment where you can go sit down and enjoy your drink while getting some work down but now it feels it has turned into a dirty bad service homeless infested atmosphere. Every time I’ve gone I have seen homeless people hanging around drinking alcohol and nobody says anything to them this is not a Bar or your front yard and the employees get the order wrong almost every other time I go it’s frustrating and disgusting for anyone reading this stay away and go to another location save yourself the headache

We are from Texas. This Starbucks was close to the hotel my spouse and I were staying. We were there to attend my Mother's funeral. The two times we visited this Starbucks it was early in the morning (6-7am) and there were usually one maybe even three customers at best both times. I ordered a grande dark roast drip coffee, black and both times I had to ask for my coffee because I waited and waited and waited and no one took an interest in getting the coffee after bringing it to their attention. This last time that I was there some gentleman from the back of the store (who seemed to be working on supply) came out and actually got the coffee for me why the person that took the order did not get the coffee for me when she was standing right there and she had already been told that I had not received my coffee yet, she seemed as if she took no interest whatsoever in getting it to me. Furthermore, it was a car that came to the drive-thru and they received their food and coffee before me and it came 5 minutes or 10 minutes after we were there. Honestly, the service is terrible. Even if you place an order just to pick it up, it’s not ready when you arrive—you have to wait another 20 minutes. Lousy service 😡; a horrible issue with pickups...

The staff here are exceptionally friendly. Once, I ordered a hot latte instead of an iced one by mistake, and they quickly made the switch and even let me keep the hot latte. I was really grateful for their kindness. They are professional, and their coffee-making speed is impressive. I frequent this place often and always have a great experience.

Cool little place tucked on the side of a Hill. If you go behind Starbucks, it's an amazing view. you get all of the great drinks there. You can also bring your own cup The baristas are very good, and they look like they like their job. And they know what they're talking about. To me all around is the five star joint They make food drinks great atmosphere. And a whole lot of cute nurses
